BusyShy ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the BusyShy app.

Information We Collect

When you use BusyShy, we collect the photos and videos you upload to generate captions. Your media is processed on our secure servers and is automatically deleted after your caption is generated. We also collect your email address when you create an account, and usage data to improve the service.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the BusyShy service. Your uploaded media is used to generate AI captions and is not stored, shared, or used for any other purpose. We do not sell your data.

Data Retention

Uploaded media is deleted immediately after caption generation is complete. Your account information and caption history are retained while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Settings tab in the app.

Third-Party Services

BusyShy uses Anthropic's AI to generate captions, Supabase for data storage, and RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
