Use of the Service

BusyShy is an AI caption generation tool for social media creators. You may use the service for your personal or business social media accounts. You are responsible for the content you upload and the captions you publish.

Subscriptions and Billing

BusyShy offers a 7-day free trial for all plans. After the trial period, a subscription fee is charged through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel at any time from your device's subscription settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to BusyShy. The captions generated by BusyShy are provided for your use. BusyShy retains ownership of the platform, the AI model, and all related intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

BusyShy provides AI-generated captions as a tool, not a guarantee of performance. Reach Scores and engagement predictions are estimates based on best available signals and are not promises of results. BusyShy is not liable for content published on third-party platforms.
